Cancellation & Refund Policy for The NewsCast

This policy governs cancellations and refunds for digital products (movie scripts, written content, etc.) purchased from The NewsCrest (https://thenewscast.xyz). By making a purchase, you agree to abide by this policy unconditionally.

1. Strict No Cancellation Policy

  • All sales are final. Once a payment is processed and an order is confirmed, you cannot cancel the purchase under any circumstances.

  • Due to the intangible and downloadable nature of digital products, cancellations are strictly prohibited, even if the product has not been accessed/downloaded.

2. Strict No Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

    • Change of mind, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction with the product.

    • Technical issues (e.g., download errors, compatibility problems).

    • Delays in delivery (refer to our Delivery Policy).

    • Partial or complete non-use of the purchased product.

  • Refund requests sent via email or support tickets will not be entertained.

  • You do not own the intellectual property rights to the product. Redistribution, resale, or modification is strictly prohibited.

6. Technical Support

  • For issues accessing/downloading products, contact info@thenewscast.xyz within 7 days of purchase.

  • We will assist with delivery-related problems but will not process refunds.

7. Policy Updates

  • We reserve the right to update this policy. Continued use of the Website after changes implies acceptance.
